By downloading, installing, or using the Glō mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Glō provides AI-powered skin analysis, personalised skincare routines, product recommendations, progress tracking, and weekly skin health reports. Features may change over time.
You must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Glō.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by starting to use the AI scan feature within this period, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
You agree not to use Glō for unlawful purposes, upload photos of others without consent, reverse-engineer the app, use automated tools to access the service, or share your account credentials.
Glō is a cosmetic and wellness application, not a medical device. Analysis provided is for informational and cosmetic purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All content, features, and functionality of Glō are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload; by using Glō you grant us a limited licence to process them for analysis purposes.
Glō includes links to third-party retailers for recommended skincare products and supplements. These are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence product recommendations. All recommendations are generated by AI based solely on your skin analysis results. We are not responsible for the products, pricing, availability, or policies of third-party retailers.
Your use of Glō is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glō and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be submitted to the competent courts of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
